Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes, you will receive a GST invoice, and you can easily access it through your My11Circle application.

Here's how: 

Go to the Menu >> Account Details >> View Transactions >> Download Invoice >> Select the date range >> Click Submit.

Upon requesting the GST invoice from the 'View Transactions' page, you will receive an SMS notification, and if your email is registered with us, you will also receive an email notification.

These notifications will include instructions on how to download the GST invoice. Please note that the GST invoices are available for download for a period of 7 days at a time.
