To upload your documents for KYC verification, please follow the steps below:
Go to More (☰) > Account details > My Account > Upload document (KYC).
Below are the documents that we accept for KYC verification:
- Aadhar Card
- Driving License
- Passport
- Voter ID
There are a few things to keep in mind while uploading your documents:
- Please recheck your registered details with us as those will be matched during verification.
- The maximum size of the document should not exceed 5 MB.
- Please upload a valid document that’s not password protected and is clear enough for verification purposes.
- The id number on your document is not masked.
