If your account is KYC verified, You can now change your bank details yourself.
In order to change your bank account details, please follow the steps below:
1) Go to your 'My Account.
2) Go to 'Withdraw cash'
3) Tap on 'Change'
4) You will now have to enter the OTP which is sent to your registered mobile number.
5) After successfully entering the OTP, you just have to enter the bank account details and save them.

Note: You need to have a KYC verified account in order to be able to change your bank account details. Also, the bank whose details you are trying to enter should not be located in any of the restricted states such as Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, and Odisha.
