In order to change your name in our records, you simply have to upload your KYC proof in your RummyCircle Account. Our team will verify the document and make the change as per your requirement.
If your account is already KYC verified, a complete ‘name change’ request will not be accepted. You can, however, make minor changes to your existing name.
Note:
- The name in your RummyCircle account should match with the name in your bank account in order to ensure the successful processing of your withdrawals.
- In case you have already uploaded KYC document which matches with the name you have updated while creating the account, further name change requests cannot be accepted.
