Here are the main reasons for difficulties with withdrawing funds from your RummyCircle account:
Bucketed withdrawal: You can only withdraw money from your "withdrawable balance," which consists of your cash winnings and any deposited amount used in cash games. You cannot withdraw from your "deposit balance," which includes the funds you've deposited but haven't used in games yet.
- To have funds available for withdrawal, you need to play and win in cash games. Each time you participate in a cash game, the corresponding amount used will be credited to your Withdrawable Account.
- The account needs to be KYC & PAN verified in order to request the withdrawal.
- The minimum withdrawal amount allowed is Rs 100. Any withdrawal below this threshold will not be permitted by the system.
