It has been over 7 working days that I’ve made a deposit on My11Circle. The amount has been debited from my bank but it’s not credited to my My11Circle account. What should I do?
This is a case of Transaction Failure. The amount for failed transactions is usually refunded within 5-7 working days. In case the amount is not reflecting in your bank account in the above time-frame, please reach out to your bank for more details.
Note: Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
