To complete the PAN verification process, kindly follow these steps:
- If you are currently logged into your gaming account, click on the hamburger icon.
- Navigate to the "My Account" section.
- Access the "Profile" subsection.
- Choose the "PAN Verification" option.
- Click on "Verify PAN."
Upon clicking "Verify PAN," you will be prompted to provide your PAN card number. Kindly enter the PAN number as required and proceed by clicking "Verify."
Mandatory guidelines for verification:
- Ensure that the name on the PAN card matches the name provided during KYC verification.
- Use a valid 10-digit PAN number.
- Avoid the use of a PAN number that is already associated with another RummyCircle account.
- If you encounter a technical error, it is advised to retry after a brief period.
Important note: In the event of ten unsuccessful attempts, the system will allow you to upload an image of your PAN card. This image will then be forwarded to a customer support representative for manual verification. If you have uploaded a PAN image, kindly await further instructions.
